Short-Term Consultancies

COSECAM is looking for the following short-term consultants:

Seminar Organiser & Documentation (SOD):The CETHCam project implements the Coordinated Case Management system in 5 provinces and the capital Phnom Penh since January 2009. This CCM experience needs to be documented to capture good practices and lessons learned. The CCM experience will be a model for victim assistance presented at an expert seminar to be held in June 2011. The Consultant will consolidate the CCM experience and prepare documents for presentation at the seminar. The Consultant will also organise the seminar and document its outputs. The assignment will be from 1 to 30 June 2011.

Beneficiary Impact Study (BIS): The CETHCam project has supported more than four thousand beneficiaries through the partner and sub-contracted service providers. Baseline information of these beneficiaries has been collected during the intervention period. Nearing the end of the project it is time to assess the effect and impact on the lives of the beneficiaries using a case study approach. A Consultant is sought with extensive social work experience in Asian countries to conduct this study with a national assistant from mid May to end June 2011.

Final Project Evaluation (FPE): The CETHCam project is co-financed by the European Union for the period 2008 – June 2011. The final evaluation will be conducted from mid to end June (field work) with report before end July 2011. A Lead Consultant or team is sought with extensive project evaluation skills, expertise in victim assistance mechanisms and experience in Asia, preferably in Cambodia. Experience with EU-financed projects is a strong advantage.
