COSECAM is a coalition of 25 NGOs, aiming at strengthening the capacity of both its members and other NGOs in the country to eliminate child trafficking and other forms of exploitation and abuse. The coalition has four main programs and employs 18 staff. CETHCam is one of the COSECAM's largest projects, funded by the European Commission, through ICCO. The project aims to decentralize, coordinate and professionalize the services offered to victims of trafficking and irregular migration through service providers and referral system. COSECAM is currently looking for the qualified Cambodian Nationals to fill the position of Field Clerk based in Battambang province.
1. Roles and Responsibilities
- Picks up and manage the delivery mail and receive, review, and verify documents and forms for clients to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Updates files, and maintain a variety of records such as addresses, telephone numbers, vacation schedules, attendance and timesheet, numerical logs, ledgers, and client files.
- Responsible for follow-up work to ensure all clients are complete with necessary data and supporting documents.
- Performs complex data entry tasks for which there is a moderate variation of formats and procedures and with general instructions for coding and entering data.
- Assists prospective clients and counterparts by explaining steps, appropriate forms, procedures, and program requirements for transactions, services, and other program activities.

- Monitors and maintains office supplies and materials
2. Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor in Administration, Management, or other related fields
- At least one year of working experience in Administration and Financial
- Knowledge and experience with data entry or coding system
- Good communication and networking skills
- Able to coordinate and inspire a good teamwork
- Able to understand English in writing, reading and speaking
- Willing to work in times of stress, out of office hours and during weekends
